At ELVEVA, we are proud to offer international shipping to our customers. To provide you with a diverse selection of premium beauty and skincare tools at the best possible prices, we partner with trusted international manufacturers and utilize a global network of fulfillment centers.
Please review our shipping policies and estimated delivery timeframes below.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are subject to a processing time of 1 to 3 business days before they are dispatched from our fulfillment centers.
- Order processing takes place Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please note that “Processing Time” is separate from “Shipping Time.”
2. Estimated Shipping Times
We utilize premium standard shipping lines with end-to-end tracking to ensure your package arrives safely. Delivery times depend on your location.
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 10 – 15 business days
- United Kingdom: 10 – 15 business days
- Europe (EU): 10 – 15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10 – 15 business days
- Rest of the World: 12 – 20 business days
Note: While we strive to meet these delivery timelines, please be aware that shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Occasional delays may occur due to peak holiday seasons, severe weather, or customs processing in your destination country.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package leaves the warehouse, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track its progress.
- Please allow 2 to 5 days for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after you receive your tracking email. If your tracking link does not show data immediately, the package is still in transit and the carrier simply has not scanned it at the next sorting facility yet.
4. Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)
To ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple items may be dispatched from different global fulfillment centers.
- If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
- You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. Please do not be alarmed if one item arrives before the rest of your order!
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Because our products are shipped internationally, your order may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT) applied by your local government once the package reaches your country.
- ELVEVA is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
- All such fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We cannot predict what these charges may be, and we will not issue refunds for orders where a customer refuses to pay their local customs fees.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
The customer is entirely responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If you realize you have made an error in your address, please contact us at support@elveva.com immediately. We can only update your address if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
- If a package is returned to us or delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, ELVEVA is not responsible for issuing a refund or free replacement.
7. Lost or Missing Packages
- Lost in Transit: If your tracking link has not updated in an unusually long time and your package has not arrived within 30 days of the date it was dispatched, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, per our Return Policy, offer a replacement or full refund.
- Missing After Delivery: If your tracking information shows the package was successfully “Delivered” to your address, but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbors, household members, or your local post office. ELVEVA is not responsible for packages that are stolen or go missing after the carrier has confirmed successful delivery.
