- LED Contraindications: Individuals with photosensitive epilepsy, photosensitive skin conditions (such as lupus or porphyria), or who are taking photosensitizing medications should not use LED devices without prior medical clearance.
- Usage Risk: You agree to use the products strictly according to the provided instructions. ELVEVA is not liable for any adverse skin reactions, allergies, or injuries resulting from improper use or individual sensitivities.
4. Products, Pricing, and Digital Goods
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We have made every effort to display colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your device’s display will be accurate. 5. Shipping, Customs, Force Majeure & Lost Packages
Because ELVEVA utilizes a global network of logistics centers, products may be shipped internationally.
- Customs and Taxes: You are solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes incurred upon delivery to your destination country.
- Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit and the carrier fails to deliver it within 30 days of the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team. We will initiate an investigation and, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, customs embargoes, or supplier shutdowns.
6. Returns, Refunds & EU Right of Withdrawal
Our return processes are governed by our Return Policy.
- General Return Window: For most regions, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to report a damaged item and request a return with photographic proof.
- EU Consumer Rights Directive: If you reside in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
- Unless an item is defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

12. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Consumer Rights
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
- Statutory Rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence (including the EU and UK).
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sri Lanka, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that dictate local jurisdiction.
